AFFORDABLE 853 RIM BRAKE ROAD BIKE

Using our popular Wolfson frame, which is constructed with Reynolds’ flagship 853 butted steel tube set. It is a frame that offers a fast, but extremely compliant ride. Featuring variable size sports geometry, custom Bi-oval 853 downtube to reduce lateral bottom bracket flex and improve power transfer to the rear wheel.

The Shimano 18 speed Sora R3000 gear system provides reliable shifting, while the compact 50/34 chain set and 11-28 cassette provide a good range of gears.

Finishing kit is by Genetic. STV ergonomic road bars and a stylish SLR stem, while the comfortable STV saddle is mounted on Heritage seat post.

Halo's sporty White Line Sport wheels are shod with Tioga's well established 'City Slicker' tyres in a wider 700x28C size. These deliver a fast, smooth, grippy and comfortable ride.

The Wolfson may look like a pure, steel, race machine, but with 57mm brake drop and concealed mudguard mounting points, it easily converts into the ideal winter bike, truly a machine for all seasons.
